Protecting individual privacy is important to Gansan It Technologies Private Limited [ GITPL ] and its employees. In order to provide our customers with a broad range of technical products and services as effectively and conveniently as possible, we use technology to manage and maintain customer information. This policy serves as a standard for all GITPL employees for collection, use, retention, and security of non public personal information.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
This privacy policy covers your company or personal information, including any information that we collect, use and share from you, as described further below. This privacy policy does not cover how our Users may use or share data that they collect using our services.
When you purchase a Service from us, your personal information will be collected, used, and shared consistent with the provisions of this privacy policy as well as the following information will be viewed, collected from your environment while execution of products and services offered by GITPL, which are a part of this privacy policy.

The above information is used to enable the access of your products or environment for remote configuration and or maintenance functionality of our services and is not transmitted back to GITPL.
1) Information we Collect from You
In the course of your use of the GITPL Services, we obtain the following information about you as described below.
a) Signing up for Services
- Information you provide prior to any registration process, such as your mobile number and email when you provide it to us;
- Information such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, billing address, credit card information, geographic location and industry, Taxation details etc. that you provide during any registration process, or when you call or email us (for support or otherwise) or when you use our products or services; and
- Payment information that you provide to us (by way of our Services or otherwise) when you purchase some of our products and services, including credit card data, if any.
b) While Execution of Services
Data relating with online Remote to our Services, including the following:
- IP address
- Domain name, user name and host name
- BIOS name and version
- Encrypted passwords**
- Email Addresses
- Endpoint machine/Access of your environment, products while execution and assistance with res device names
- Network domain names; Network Diagram and/or
- Product serial number, registration and its Warranty details
- Product’s OEM Support Contract Number
- Email ID, phone number registered with OEM for their Support request
- Product Licensing information and keys
- Screen shot capturing the error, issues, configuration details, system log files etc.
- Metadata as per the above
- Your interactions with any videos we offer
- Any device or other method of communication you use to interact with the Services
- Your telephone conversations with us (which we may monitor or record).
** We never record or save any type of your password with us.
We may store data such as log files, error or issues screen shot, product registration and warranty information with your permission within our infrastructure.
2) How We Use Your Information
We have a legitimate interest in running a successful and efficient business and in providing you with Services you have purchased from us. We use the information we collect both on its own and combined with any other information we collect about you, for the following purposes:
- To provide the requested Services to you
- To get extended support and assistance for you for your products from OEM
- To ensure the proper functioning of our Services
- To offer and improve our Services
- To provide you with requested information or technical support

- To target prospective customers with our products or services (such targeting is only performed with your permission where your consent is required by applicable law)

A primary account holder can view personal information saved in sub accounts to which they have authorized access.
